Dale Monson
Controller and Vice President, Finance and Administration

Dale Monson is Reflect Systems' Controller and Vice President of Finance and Administration. Prior to joining Reflect Systems in September 2002, Mr. Monson had been employed by Yahoo! since 1996; most recently, he served as the Accounting Manager for the Enterprise Solutions group. Mr. Monson was instrumental in the successful completion of Yahoo!'s acquisition of broadcast.com.

As an independent consultant, Mr. Monson has gained practical experience in early development stages of businesses that include broadcast.com, Silicon Reef, NetIdentity and Hitech Data Systems. Mr. Monson has contributed to numerous projects including; IPO, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, audit, S.E.C reporting, G.A.A.P compliance and corporate consolidation.

Mr. Monson holds a B.S. degree from the University of Texas, with a major in Accounting and minor in Business Information Systems.
