Dallas, Texas, September 25, 2007 - Reflect Systems, a leading provider of digital signage software and services to retailers, financial institutions and advertising network operators, today announced the formation of a partnership with VideoMining Corporation. The partnership between the two companies provides retailers and out-of-home advertisers with the ability to fine-tune their existing or planned digital media deployments based on detailed analysis of consumer activity and shopper behavior. As part of Reflect’s “Digital Signage Consulting Toolkit,” the offering brings to customers VideoMining’s patent protected technologies and processes for turning in-store video into actionable intelligence resulting in improved user experience and higher impact returns for any out-of-home media campaigns.

“We’re very excited about our partnership with VideoMining,” said Matthew Schmitt, CEO of Reflect Systems. “Our existing digital signage customers looking to gauge the effectiveness of screen placements and content strategy can benefit from these powerful capabilities to refine their existing strategies and to effectively plan new efforts going forward.

“By analyzing – in real time – shoppers’ reactions to changes in the store environment, the offering helps assure businesses their pilot programs and production deployments will be as effective as possible,” continued Mr. Schmitt.

Said Dr. Rajeev Sharma, Founder and CEO of VideoMining, “We are very pleased to offer our audience measurement services that would allow Reflect Systems and their customers to quickly react to and improve the overall effectiveness of their in-store and out-of-home media efforts.
