This week retailers, designers, integrators and agencies converged at GlobalShop in Las Vegas.
There were some great sessions and panels for hearing about the latest developments in retail design, including a presentation by Interbrand Design Forum. CEO Scott Jeffrey predicted an increasing trend toward smaller, more personal retail spaces. Check out a summary of the session at Digital Signage Today.
There was also a great panel on the use of mobile technologies in the store and how to ensure a relevant connection with the shopper. Panelists included Vernon West of Lowe’s, Todd Eastman of Best Buy, and Justin Carll from Moxie Interactive.
Reflect exhibited in the Expo Hall and displayed HD Media hardware integration with CE Labs and the new Audience TouchPoint solution (watch a video interview on the floor by Retail Customer Experience).
