The Client Success Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients have a flair for client communication and collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets within the accounts. In addition, the Client Success Manager will perform functions associated with supporting projects and/or programs including; the order fulfillment process, managing hardware tracking, supporting software projects, to include content creation and application development, preparing project billing and close-out documentation and various other duties as needed. This role will be expected to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while simultaneously supporting multiple projects and delivering client service excellence.
The Help Desk Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for our customers seeking technical assistance by phone and/or email. They will be responsible for resolving software and hardware support problems, maintaining in-depth knowledge of Reflect supported products and services and maintaining documentation, records, and procedures.
The Solutions Architect will play an essential role in the success of Reflect and our clients. The expectation for this role is to assist with client retention and win new business by: 1) developing compelling proof of concept (POC) initiatives with prospects and customers, 2) working with various Reflect teams to define and collateralize compelling solutions leveraging Reflect’s unique competitive advantages, 3) managing key partner relationships to drive effective collaboration, integration of the partner product into the Reflect solutions, and joint marketing activities, 4) educating the direct and indirect sales teams on the full range and power of Reflect solutions.

The Director of Strategic Accounts plays an essential role in the success of Reflect and our clients.
This role has primary responsibility revenue growth by ensuring continued success and renewals with existing clients, expanding these relationships into new markets or new solutions, and proactively seeking out and closing new business. In this role, the team member will 1) identify new business opportunities, 2) initiate, negotiate, and close new business, and 3) maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, 4) grow business with existing clients by developing and implement account plans that leverage Reflect to solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
We are looking to hire an ideal candidate residing in Ohio, California, New York, Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX. Relocation is not available. For a new hire outside of the Dallas area, a willingness to work remotely is required.
